Charles Carmine Antonio Baldi, (December 2, 1862 – December 28, 1930) was an Italian-American merchant, banker, newspaper publisher, entrepreneur and philanthropist who lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Baldi was born on December 16, 1890, in Manayunk, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, the son of Louisa Eurindine (née Sobernheimer) and Carmine Charles Antonio Baldi. [1] In 1910, he graduated from Boys Central High School and later attended the University of Pennsylvania . [ 1 ]

Baldi was born on May 11, 1893, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the son of Louisa Eurindine (née Sobernheimer) and Carmine Charles Antonio Baldi. [1] In 1912, he graduated from Boys Central High School and in 1916, graduated with a B.S. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Charles married Ermentrude, daughter of Odo I, Count of Orléans, in 842. She died in 869. In 870, Charles married Richilde of Provence, who was descended from a noble family of Lorraine. With Ermentrude: Judith (c. 843 – after 866), married first King Ethelwulf of Wessex, second his son King Ethelbald, and third Baldwin I, Margrave of Flanders
