Earle Town House is a historic house in Greenville, South Carolina. It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on August 5, 1969, and is included in the Col. Elias Earle Historic District. [2] [3]
The Magnolia Park Town Center was originally built as the Greenville Mall, in planning as early as 1974 when Montgomery Ward was secured as its first anchor. [1] In 1976, J. B. White was secured as a second anchor, along with the mall as a whole being announced with a planned 78 stores. [1]
The Westin Poinsett Hotel, named for Joel R. Poinsett (Secretary of War under Millard Fillmore), was one of the first skyscrapers to be built in Greenville. It was designed by New York architect William Lee Stoddart and built by the J. E. Sirrine Company of Greenville for $1.5 million dollars. The Poinsett opened on June 20, 1925.

Shoals at Cedar Falls Park, Greenville County, South Carolina. Cedar Falls Park is a 90-acre (36 ha) recreation area in Upstate South Carolina where the Reedy River widens to 200 feet (61 m), cascading over rocks and boulders. The park is maintained by Greenville County Parks, Recreation, and Tourism. [1]
