For an average of 1.6 glass per sand (three giant seaweed and 18 buckets of sand and picking up the excess), each giant seaweed equals 588 experience when making lantern lenses or 732 experience when making empty light orbs. So take xp needed to 87 and divide by 588 and xp from 87 to 93 divided by 732. Add the two together and that's how much ...
1. Get on your hands and knees. Equip the Craftsmen set effect to blow all molten glass in your inventory at once. Withdraw a glassblowing pipe and 27 molten glass. Blow it into lantern lens (lvl 49-78 crafting), or empty light orbs (79-99 crafting) (Use Unchained Talent set effect from 79-86 crafting).
TLDR: 1 hour of Bstaffs from scratch you get 13k Craft, 1,440 RC, and 4,560 magic xp. You will also profit about 110-120k/hr. Charter Ships with Superglass Make: For this comparison we will say you get 65k crafting xp/hr (You can get upwards of 75k~ efficiently). At 65k Crafting xp/hr that means you are saving 4 hours strictly from crafting xp.
However, I am now sitting on 97.5 crafting and, quite frankly, I cannot remember really training crafting! Between getting thousands of gems from CoX, molten glass from ToB and Thermy, tons of battlestaffs from PvM (orbs come from Sire and Cerb), and even things like birdhouse runs, I'd say from 93-97.5 *maybe* 20% of that came from making ...

It also tells you how much sand and astral runes you'll need, and mage and farming xp gained. The spreadsheet is based of the original that was posted ...
We both started around 61 crafting after lunars - it took about 110k sand and 18.3k giant seaweed to make all the molten glass. This was also about 6.1k astral runes. Now personally it took me 5 sweaty days to mine 110k sand, but my friend had to 1-up me and get it in 4 days lol.
53 to 87 is 3,835,700 EXP going on 588 EXP per seaweed if you pick up all your glass using the 18:3 method. So that's 6,524 seaweed, rounding up. After 87 you get light orbs, making one seaweed worth 732 EXP. 87 to 99 is 9,062,137 EXP, so 12,380 rounding up. So 18,904 seaweed from 53 to 99. Honestly, though, for stuff that is just a strictly a ...

Fun facts; if you spent that on clay instead you’d have made 112,024,448 GP. The clay you’d have gotten could net you as much as 26,664,000 crafting experience if making and firing pot lids, or 6,660,000 construction exp if making any clay POH item.
