Yolanda, thank you for your response. Currently I have Office Professional Plus 2021. I am able to retrieve my email on Gmail but UNABLE to retrieve my email from Microsoft, on Outlook.com, which is very frustrating. My understanding is to fix this, I must (a) remove my Outlook account and (b) add it back using the automated system.
