Consigliere (/ ˌ k ɒ n s ɪ l i ˈ ɛər i / KON-sil-ee-AIR-ee, [1] Italian: [konsiʎˈʎɛːre]; plural consiglieri) is a position within the leadership structure of the Sicilian, Calabrian, and Italian-American Mafia.
