Re: PayPal Credit-Late Payment. Lates won't be reported to CRAs until it's 30 days past due date. That said, it will still trigger late fee and penalty APR and stay on your PayPal internal record. The lesson here is to turn on all your autopays for at least the minimum payment to avoid this situation in the future.
PayPal credit limit decrease. Hello, Received a notice today from Experian that one of my accounts the limit had been decreased. Logged in to find out PayPal Credit decreased my limit from $10,000 to $1,500 without any notification. When calling them the only thing they would do was submit a soft inquiry to increase the limit again.

There was some speculation as to whether or not Synchrony would continue with offering Paypal promotions offering 0% APR over 24 months on eBay purchases greater than $600 once they finished their assimilation. If it's not approved you have to use a different payment method. If it is approved the purchase goes through and the amount is your new CL. That's how you get CLI with Paypal Credit... making purchases that are approved over your limit. I opened my account September 2013 with a $301 CL (yes, $301) and it is now $3300.
Keep in mind that Chase isn't exactly speedy (in my experience) with balance transfer so it may be at least 10 days before you see it credited to your PayPal Credit account. Chase will bring give you similar language about processing time after you submit.
