The Miami County Clerk of Courts is one of eight counties which the clerk maintains all official records of the Common Pleas Court, Municipal Court, and Auto Title. Duties include filing, docketing, indexing, and preserving all court pleadings, and collection of all revenue related to court costs, bonds, fines, and forfeitures.
All public records requests will be made available during business hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with the exception of legal holidays, and only after completion of a Public Records Request Form (PDF). This request form must be submitted in person.
