The St. Mary's Church Complex Historic District is a historic district located at the junction of Elm Avenue and North Monroe Street in the city of Monroe, Michigan. It was listed as a Michigan Historic Site [2] and added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 6, 1982. [1] The complex consists of four buildings.

Saint Michael the Archangel Church (St. Michael Church) is located on the west side of the city of Monroe, Michigan, along the River Raisin and is a part of the Archdiocese of Detroit. Its congregants include over 1,000 registered families. It was founded in 1852.
Only the Jefferson Avenue Bridge is in Monroe County, as it connects Monroe County to Brownstown Charter Township in Wayne County.
