Stu built a Reptar Wagon for Tommy in The Rugrats Movie. Reptar was a main character in Rugrats in Paris and had his own theme park called Euro Reptarland. There was a giant Reptar robot in Euro Reptarland which the babies piloted and fought against Jean Claude. Reptar has had his own ice show, which Lou believes is "sheer brilliance".

Boris explains to them the story of Passover to pass the time; as he does so, the Rugrats imagine that they are the characters featured within the story.
