The Northwest Suburban Conference is an athletic conference for all northwest suburban high schools of Minneapolis, Minnesota. On August 30, 2024, Maple Grove announced that they will be switching from the Northwest Suburban Conference to join the Lake Conference in the fall of 2025.
The name is based on the location of the schools in the western part of the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro area. The conference began in fall 2014. The conference was announced on March 5, 2013, by seven public schools (Bloomington Jefferson, Bloomington Kennedy, Chanhassen, Chaska, Richfield, Robbinsdale Cooper and St. Louis Park).
The association supports interscholastic athletics and fine arts programs for member schools. Membership includes nearly 500 schools, including special schools, home schools, and 435 high schools.
