Link Crew is a North American student leadership program created by the Boomerang Project. [1] Its focus is on making select individuals from the Junior and Senior classes, known as "Link Leaders," into mentors for freshmen and new students. Link Crew operates in 3,705 schools in 47 U.S. states. The U.S. trained 11,424 Link Crew educators.
The California Association of Student Councils (CASC) is a non-profit, student-led youth leadership and advocacy organization.Founded in 1947 by the California Department of Education and the Association of California School Administrators, CASC has provided a multitude of conferences to students, advisors, and professionals in both California and around the world.

This is the rank that every student who joins the school starts as. Private (PVT). This is a rank that is normally achieved upon completion of WLA's Basic Training which takes place in the first week of the school year. Private First Class (PFC). After approximately 3 months of having the rank of PVT, a cadet becomes eligible for promotion to PFC.
