[2] Later that same month, McDermott purchased eighteen lots on East Patterson for $3500 including interest.
In 1890 the need of a Church west of Dennison Avenue became evident. Bishop Watterson purchased from Robert E. Neil in February, 1890, six lots on the comer of Buttles and Harrison Avenues.
