Antmusic" peaked at No. 2 in the UK in January 1981, being held off the top by the re-release of John Lennon's "Imagine" after his murder in New York City on 8 December 1980. In Australia , the single spent five weeks at No. 1 on the Kent Music Report [ 6 ] and earned the band platinum certification [ 7 ] for sales of over 100,000 copies. [ 8 ]
Crematogaster is an ecologically diverse genus of ants found worldwide, which are characterised by a distinctive heart-shaped gaster (abdomen), which gives them one of their common names, the Saint Valentine ant. [2] Members of this genus are also known as cocktail ants because of their habit of raising their abdomens when alarmed. [3]
Compared to vertebrates, ants tend to have blurrier eyesight, particularly in smaller species, [44] and a few subterranean taxa are completely blind. [12] However, some ants, such as Australia's bulldog ant , have excellent vision and are capable of discriminating the distance and size of objects moving nearly a meter away. [ 45 ]

Because yellow crazy ants have generalized nesting habits, they are able to disperse via trucks, boats and other forms of human transport. [ 1 ] Crazy ant colonies naturally disperse through "budding", i.e. when mated queens and workers leave the nest to establish a new one, and only rarely through flight via female winged reproductive forms.
In total more than 300 genera have been described. [2] Ants have come to occupy virtually all major terrestrial habitats, with the exception of tundra and cold ever-wet forests. They display a wide range of social behaviors, foraging habits and associations with other organisms, which has generated scientific and public interest. [1]
Additionally, ants may actively aid in hemipteran dispersal; queen ants have been observed transporting aphids during their dispersive flights to establish a new colony, and worker ants often carry aphids to a new nesting site if the previous ant nest has been disturbed.
