The Nike Elite Youth Basketball League, [1] [2] also known as Nike EYBL, or simply EYBL, is a basketball circuit for teams of players aged 17 and under. The circuit was founded in 2010 [3] and is composed of AAU travel teams. [4] Both boys and girls play in the EYBL in their respective categories.
The camp was sponsored by the corporations Vaccaro was signed to: from 1984 to 1992 Nike was the sponsor; in 1993 the camp was under the Converse brand, while from 1994 to 2003 Adidas was the sponsor. [10] After 2003, Vaccaro had a deal with Reebok [6] that lasted until the last edition of the camp in 2006. [11]

The PIAA made the decision to expand to six classes in Football, as well as Boys and Girls basketball, baseball and softball. Increasing to four classes is Boys and Girls Soccer, Girls volleyball. Field Hockey is expanded to three classes, and Boys and Girls Lacrosse to two. Football started using these classes with the 2016 season. [8]
