I’m having one hell of a time getting it to work. I’m using pcsx2 on series x. Every time I unzip the rom it’s yet another zip. Just need the raw, single-file iso, chd or any format it’ll read. Any help I tried using 7z2gz and others like it on multiple different downloads for it and I got nothing. Any help would be great, dudes!
To play a ps2 game, you need a file that is an exact image of the game. These are typically called .iso files (like txr3.iso). However you get it, you need the tokyo xtreme racer iso file to actually play the. They typically come in a compressed file or just as an iso file. If the download you have is an .iso then changes are you are fine.
yeah i used save states for like 80% of the game one time and it got corrupted. nothing would load but the car and controls wouldn’t work. first time i ran a starter car on tokyo (fc) and just ran the miles up til that evo 5 shows up and ran the game with it. that cars a lot of fun

Hello, fellow Genki fans. Like perhaps many of you, I was a huge fan of Tokyo Xtreme racer since I was a wee lad, starting since 13 year old me got Zero on ps2. Fast forward to teenage me, who was super excited to hear Import Tuner Challenge was actually a Tokyo Xtreme Racer, but was feeling heartbroken when I saw how small the car list was.

Hey all, so at the end of last year (literally December 30th) I decided that I was going to try to right the great wrong of Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3, and as you all probably know, there's two racers that are either hard to reach (Exotic Butterfly at 20 Million), or impossible to reach (Whirlwind Fanfare) with out cheat codes.
