I've followed both the dropbox sign and dropbox documentation and the options described in those docs are not available to me. I'm now getting monthly charges and I see nothing about a subscription in the dropbox sign or dropbox UI. Dropbox sign's effort of including PDF editing feature is taking a good signing experience away and introduce more errors that is not necessary. As the EXPECTATION is set wrong. Dropbox sign should not be regarded as for PDF editing more than insert a word capability.
Hi Jane, thanks for reaching out. I have deactivated my virus scanner and checked the Windows Defender firewall settings, for incoming connections both "Dropbox" and "Dropbox updater" are allowed, I've also added "Dropbox" and "Dropbox updater" as allowed in the outgoing connections.
I know my user NAMES and PASSWORDS. I CAN login in on any computer, except the ONE that I need my Dropbox working. I have tried with EDGE, CHROME and FIREFOX (Windows 10). I tried PRIVATE mode on THREE browsers. I enter my email and password. I choose sign in. I get the login screen again empty. The app does nothing. Thoughts?
