The Masnavi, or Masnavi-ye-Ma'navi (Persian: مثنوی معنوی, DMG: Mas̲navī-e maʻnavī), also written Mathnawi, or Mathnavi, is an extensive poem written in Persian by Jalal al-Din Muhammad Rumi, also known as Rumi.
