Either way, (877) 289-6418 is the best number available to reach a real person. There is no way, at least here my part of the USA, to contact a local UPS office directly. I was told by 2 customer service reps on different calls that the local offices are set up only to make outgoing calls. There are no numbers available for us to call them ...
This would be a huge cost savings vs shipping every item individually, and if that's the case then the second you hand it to UPS and they scan it in it becomes Amazon's problem (and UPS as the agent). So they don't really need to provide a tracking number as long as the return status shows it was received by UPS.
UPS’ customer service is the worst I ever dealt with, and that’s not an exaggeration. It’s hit and miss and that facility. I have a package sent to me from Sweden just on Friday 04/06 and it went through Stanford Le Hope with no issue and it’s already delivered yesterday.
Contacted UPS for you and asked for their fraud department number. This is the number they provided: 16306287771 They also said the team for their fraud department is very small so you may have to leave a voice-mail before they'll get back to you. Also for future reference. Never use their shitty email system for any kind of support.
Adding another customer service number for people to try: 800-877-1760 I’ve had luck using this number to get a live person. As far as helpfulness goes, still zero. I’ve been pestering UPS for over a month now trying to get info on my lost package - a family heirloom antique mirror.
Calling UPS customer service is a nightmare. They give you the run around and go out of their way to keep you from being able to speak with an actual person. Call 1-800-PICK-UPS and say "Tracking". The robot will then prompt you to put in a tracking number..... do so and you will then receive your tracking status. After that say "CUSTOMER ...
Yeah I went to my orientation the other day and and they were aware of my problem with the section one and the section 2 they said just bring my documents over there and they couldn't even help me because the I-9 management I'm supposed to receive an email from them which that opens up and then that's where I can get the code and like that but then again I'm still like you I can't find section ...

It's very weird, this number keeps blowing up my phone after I answered the first time. Indian guy talking about being from UPS asking for my SSN and DL# which immediately felt SUPER sketch, like why do you need this when I already put this info on the online application? When asked why they need the info they answer with some vague "needed for ...
