Stangl Pottery was a company in Flemington (and later Trenton), New Jersey, that manufactured a line of dinnerware and other items. The company was originally founded as Samuel Hill Pottery in 1814, until 1860 when it became Fulper Pottery. The name changed to Stangl Pottery in 1955.
The Mercer Pottery Company is a defunct American pottery company. The backstamp on many of its pottery pieces indicates it was founded in 1865 in Trenton, New Jersey. Chambersburg was named for Robert Chambers, a founder of the area, whose family is memorialized by the local Chambers Street. Chambers died in 1865, shortly before the borough was created. [4] Chambersburg was incorporated as a borough by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on April 2, 1872, from portions of Hamilton Township. [5]

The name Mill Hill refers to central New Jersey's first industrial site, a mill, erected in 1679, at the southeast corner of the present Broad Street crossing of the Assunpink Creek. [3] Mill Hill and its wooden mill were among the holdings of the first settler in the vicinity of Trenton, Mahlon Stacy, a Quaker who arrived in North America in 1678.
The Clarkson S. Fisher Federal Building and United States Courthouse, originally known as the United States Courthouse and Federal Building, is located in Trenton, Mercer County, New Jersey. It houses the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. The building was designed by James A. Wetmore and completed in 1932. [3]
