Chandra was an American post-punk band founded in 1979. The band was fronted by Chandra Oppenheim , who was 11 years old when the band was founded. [ 1 ] A second incarnation of the band, The Chandra Dimension , was launched in 1981 but dissolved before a second EP could be released.
