The Yorkshire Engine Company built this diesel-electric shunter (works number 2745) for the National Coal Board in 1959. It worked at Agecroft Colliery near Manchester as their L052 until 1984, after which it was preserved at the Chatterley Whitfield Mining Museum near Stoke-on-Trent.
