Danelectro Convertible reissue. The Danelectro Convertible was a hollow-bodied thinline acoustic/electric guitar based on the Shorthorn. The Danelectro U2 is a dual-pickup hollow bodied guitar made of Masonite and shaped similar to a Les Paul model guitar.
