MikuMikuDance (commonly abbreviated to MMD) is a freeware animation program that lets users animate and create computer-animated films, originally produced for the Japanese Vocaloid voice synthesizer software voicebank Hatsune Miku, the first member of the Character Vocal series created by Crypton Future Media.
The software was initially released as "CeVIO Creative Studio FREE" with Sato Sasara as the only voice. One was free to create tracks, insert lyrics, and add breaths to the end of notes, but even then those would get caught up in the end of her already automatically set breaths.
The online demonstrator is free to use, but will only generate tracks up to 5 minutes. The user uploads data in the MusicXML format, which the Sinsy website reads to output a WAV file of the generated voice. Gender factor, vibrato intensity, and pitch shift can be adjusted prior to output. [2]

Gackpoid (がくっぽいど, Gakuppoido), is a software product developed by Internet Co., Ltd. for the Vocaloid software. Gackpoid's voice is sampled from Japanese singer and actor Gackt. The mascot of the software is called Camui Gackpo (神威 がくぽ, Kamui Gakupo), after Gackt's alias name.
An official album was created featuring the software. The album is titled "chipspeech AUTOMATE SONGS .01" and includes a cover of the song Stakker Humanoid using Otto Mozer, whose vocal is an emulation of the same synthesizer used for the samples taken from the arcade game Berzerk.
