Welcome to the Stark County, Ohio (CJIS) Criminal Justice Information System Website. The Stark County Judicial System is comprised of the court of common pleas and three independent municipal courts, each with an elected clerk of court and each maintaining its own database.

Court Records. Many criminal court records can be access through the same online portal that provides docket access for Stark County, the Stark County Ohio Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) website.
The docket can be searched using information concerning the parties involved (names, birthdates, social security numbers, etc), the court hearing the case, case type, filing date, case number, and other criteria.
Divorce records are kept by the Stark County Clerk of Courts. The Domestic Relations division of the Clerk’s Office handles martial and non-criminal domestic disputes, including divorces. Copies of divorce decrees may be obtained for $0.10 per page or $1 per certified copy.
