Abdallah Elias Zaidan, LM (Arabic: الياس عبدالله زيدان) born on March 10, 1963, in Kosaybé, Lebanon) is a Lebanese Catholic prelate and member of the Maronite Church who has served as the Eparch of Our Lady of Lebanon of Los Angeles since 2013. He is a member of the Kreimists.
The eparchy includes all Lebanese Maronite Catholic faithful in France. Its eparchial seat is the city of Paris, where is located the Our Lady of Lebanon of Paris Cathedral. The territory is divided into four parishes and had 50,300 [citation needed] baptized in 2013.
The Eparchy of Our Lady of Lebanon of Los Angeles was created by Pope John Paul II on June 23, 1994, and Our Lady of Mt. Lebanon-St. Peter was chosen to serve as the cathedral. [1] Bishop Chedid was appointed the bishop of the eparchy. The cathedral was damaged in a fire on January 6, 1996.

The first proposal to establish a shrine to Our Lady of Lebanon was initiated in 1960 between the Maronite priests of the United States and Archbishop Patrick O'Boyle of Washington.
