Newport Retail and Leisure Park is an out-of-town shopping centre in the city of Newport. The centre opened in January 1996, South East Wales . It is located in the Lliswerry area of the city and is accessed via the Southern Distributor Road (which connects to junction 24 of the M4 motorway ).

The city centre has suffered from competition from Cwmbran Centre and out-of-town shopping areas at Newport Retail Park to the east and retail parks around Maesglas to the west.
