The default size for all flag icons created by these templates is 23x15px, with a one pixel border. That is, the icon will be no more than 23 pixels wide, and no more than 15 pixels tall. These dimensions were carefully chosen to generate the best results when flag icons are used in a bulleted list with the default browser text size.
