Air Talk Wireless Scam. I just finally realized myself that Air Talk Wireless is a total scam. I transferred over my benefits to them to hopefully get a phone that worked faster. They sent the SIM pretty fast, but it's been over a month and still NO phone. I checked the status of the shipment, and it says that only just the label has been made.
If your port out is getting denied and you don't understand why, you can call 866-806-1840 with the reference number 332264 to be connected to a port specialist (may be Total Wireless specific) (thanks u/RutD0g ). They can see all the details of your port out request and give you a specific reason its failing.
It could be a Verizon outage. Total Wireless might not know about the outage because they are just a MVNO. Total Wireless is does not own any of their towers. They use the Verizon towers. Tracfone with Verizon based SIMs/phones want the SIM and IMEI matching to their system. Total Wireless is owned by Tracfone.
