I can see where I can setup the numbering prefix, and the next number, but it still shows that 'A7YF' or whatever at the end of the case number. Can I get rid of that, or not? If not, can I setup a custom attribute that will increment a int value each time a new case is created?
Works fine but for setting the formatting of numbers. The range is set with the number format, but the numbers are shown as Text and a small green triangle appears if it should be converted to number. I`m using an array of strings to pass to excel, its the only way that I know. If I press F2-enter, the format gets applied.
