Shattered Faith is an American punk rock band from Southern California. Formed in 1978 by Kerry Martinez , currently guitarist for U.S. Bombs , and Spencer Bartsch , now lead vocalist for Firecracker 500, the group featured songs with a political and biblical bent.
China White was an influential hardcore punk band from Huntington Beach, California, best known for their EP Danger Zone.They were, along with The Crowd, Adolescents, Social Distortion, T.S.O.L. and Shattered Faith, the prominent figures of the early Orange County punk scene.
In 1993, Duane Peters left The Exploding Fuck Dolls and teamed up with Kerry Martinez to start a new band called U.S. Bombs. The band's first release was a double 7-inch called "Scouts of America" released in 1994 on Vinyl Dog Records with Peters on vocals, Martinez on guitar, Steve Reynolds on bass, and Benny Rapp III on drums.
