Drumheller’s Orchard has two apple festivals per year. They always fall on the last weekend in September and the third weekend in October. We have apples, apple butter, apple cider, honey, side meat, country hams, cookbooks, pumpkins, baskets, baked goods, etc.

Nestled at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains is our family owned and operated orchard. We raise many varieties of apples, peaches, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, plums & pluots. Our season begins in June with blueberries & ends in December with apples.

Less than a hundred miles from Richmond, Drumheller’s Orchard is just far enough away from RVA and has enough higher altitude for apples and peaches and pluots to thrive.
The Details. The apple packing shed showcases Red and Golden Delicious, Stayman, Winesap, Rome, York and Granny Smith, Black Twig and Albemarle Pippin varieties. Find pumpkins, cider, apple butter and honey too. Special events and festivals in the fall.
