The Punjab Police (Punjabi, Urdu: پنجاب پولیس) is a law enforcement agency of Punjab, Pakistan. Under the command of its Inspector General (IG), it administers all criminal cases under the Police Acts of 1861 and 2002.

The Punjab Police's CID bureau was renamed the Counter Terrorism Department in line with similar renaming across Pakistan in 2010. [13] After a restructuring in 2015, the CTD was assigned additional terrorism-related functions beyond its traditional intelligence duties. [ 13 ]
