Hestia convinces Bell to do it, and when he touches the spear, he hears a voice confirming he's the one, causing the crystal to shatter. Hermes congratulates Bell and introduces the event's sponsor, Artemis, an old friend of Hestia who's happy to see her again, but shocked when she sees her embracing Bell, calling him her "Orion".
The next day, Bell and Hestia are invited to a party at Apollo's; Hestia believes something is up but reluctantly goes. At the event, the two meet up with several of their friends, with Bell encountering a dressed up Ais and being formally introduced to Freya. Later during the night, Hermes helps Bell get a dance with Ais.
Ais defends herself against the masked fighters, who tell her to stay out of their Lady's way, before leaving. As Bell and Hestia head back home, she realizes the attackers are from the Freya Familia, but unsure about what they could want, with Loki hinting Ais might be getting involved in something Freya wants.
The Freya Familia captains report to Freya about Bell's progress, with Hedin volunteering himself to take charge of his training, stating to have both their best interests in mind. Freya attempts to convince Bell to undergo a treatment for his "curse", in order to destroy Realis Phrase by making him believe his memories are fake, but he declines.
