State Road 423 (SR 423), known for most of its length as John Young Parkway, and Lee Road east of Orange Blossom Trail, is a four- and six-lane surface road in the U.S. state of Florida. SR 423 runs from SR 408 north to U.S. Routes 17 / 92 (US 17/92) just east of Interstate 4 (I-4).
The route that SR 423 currently takes was signed in 1923 as SR 4, between Waldo and Marion and SR 22 north of Marion. [3] [4] The entire highway became US 23 in 1926.[5] [6] The route number was originally designated for a planned bypass around Portsmouth in the 1960s (now designated as Ohio State Route 823).

Provincial Road 423 (PR 423) is a 19.7-kilometre-long (12.2 mi) east–west highway in the Pembina Valley Region of Manitoba. Essentially an eastern continuation of PTH 3A, it connects Crystal City with La Rivière and Snowflake via Purves. It is located entirely within the Municipality of Louise.

The road formerly extended further west to CR 455 near Montverde and further east to U.S. Route 17 (US 17) and US 92 in Orlando, for a historic total mileage of 22.00 miles (35.41 km).

New York State Route 423 (NY 423) is an east–west state highway located within the town of Stillwater in Saratoga County, New York, in the United States.It extends for 3.86 miles (6.21 km) from an intersection with NY 9P on the eastern shore of Saratoga Lake in the hamlet of Snake Hill to a junction with NY 32 southwest of Saratoga National Historic Park.
