A Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK; transl. "Agricultural Science Centre") is an agricultural extension center in India. The centres are associated with a local agricultural university, and serve as links between the Indian Council of Agricultural Research and farmers to apply agricultural research in a practical, localized setting.
The KVK's main statutory tasks are to operate the official national Business Register and provide businesses with information and advice. It is operated as a quango , guided by the Wet op de Kamer van Koophandel (Chamber of commerce law) 2013 and the Handelsregisterwet (Trade registry law) 2007.

Karlsruher Virtueller Katalog (KVK) is a book search engine administered by the library of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. It was developed by KIT-Library in 1996 and continuously expanded and adapted since.
