I go to regions.com, it asks me what state under LOGIN: I usually select the state and go the login page where I put my information. I have done this with my cell for 3 years and have never had any trouble. I'm not doing anything different. Except that I am using an Iphone.

I have had the Regions Bank app on my iphones and ipads for years. Now the app does not work on my Iphone X or my Ipad Pro 9.5. was working fine. now I get the message "Attention Unable to process request at this time." Have spoke with both Apple and Regions - and no one has an answer for me. this app works fine on my husband's Iphone X.
Unable to login to my online bank account using Safari 16.3 (Catalina 12.6.3) I am unable to login to my bank account using Safari. I checked on this forum and found an entry from at least a year ago with the same problem and the suggested solution was to use a different browser "until Safari is updated".
Now, clear all history via the Safari menu, and clear its browser cache via opt+cmd+e. Quit and relaunch Safari normally, and then enter the link to your bank in the address bar with a return. I recommend this in case the bank has a different link than any prior saved bookmark. Can you connect to your bank?

The person you spoke with at your bank is an idiot. The Safari settings on your iPhone has nothing whatsoever to do with your bank's iPhone app not working. As with any 3rd party app on your computer, the responsibility for a 3rd party iPhone app is the app developer. The responsibility for your bank's iPhone app is your bank - 100%.

You can't have 2 IDs on one phone at the same time. You can have 2 Apple IDs, with each one set up for a different region. The only place you need to use the 2nd ID is in the App Store/iTunes. Then swap regions/IDs when required. When signed in with one ID, you won't be able to update apps purchased with the other ID.
