Danas (pronounced, Serbo-Croatian for "today") is a United Group-owned daily newspaper of record published in Belgrade, Serbia. In November 2024, a series of mass protests began in Novi Sad following the railway station canopy collapse in the city, which left 15 people dead and two severely injured. As of 12 February 2025 [update] , the protests have spread to 276 cities and towns in Serbia [ 63 ] and are ongoing.
