The chest fly is performed while lying face up on a bench or standing up, with arms outspread holding weights, by bringing the arms together above the chest. This is a compound exercise for the pectorals. Other muscles worked include deltoids, triceps, and forearms. Equipment: dumbbells, cable machine or "pec deck" machine.
The downside though, is that it is a lot of money to spend for convenience. Both the pec fly and rear delt fly movement could easily be replicated with just a couple of dumbbells or even resistance bands. If you do have the space and the money to splash on a dedicated machine, then it would make a lot of sense to add it into your home gym.
