The League rescues Carr. In their civilian identities, the League visits the Fair, where the Flash, and then Green Lantern are captured. The aliens duplicate their bodies without their powers. Wonder Woman and the Green Arrow are also captured by an alien, using Wonder Woman's magic lasso to hold them. The four are held in energy-sapping spirals.
The Flash #286 (June 1980) Roy G. Bivolo dreamed of being an artist, but was colorblind. His dying father tried to find a cure, but instead gave him a pair of glasses that could create rainbow-colored light. Bivolo decided to turn to a life of crime and was a late addition to the Rogues.

The villains succeeded in capturing each Flash, then tricked the Green lanterns into providing enough power to capture all the heroes, placing them in cages in space.
