Route 410, also known as Dorset Trail, is an 89.9-kilometre-long (55.9 mi) north-south highway on the northern coast of Newfoundland in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. It leads from Sheppardville , at Route 1 ( Trans-Canada Highway ), to a dead end in Fleur de Lys, Newfoundland and Labrador .
TCT has said it now plans to make the trail more accessible, replace interim roadways with off-road greenways, add new spurs and loops to the trail, and fund emergency repairs when needed. Between September 2016 [3] and June 2021, [4] the TCT was known as the Great Trail. In 2021, the name was changed back to the Trans Canada Trail.
