Press Windows key + X, select Device manager. Locate Nikon camera, right on it and select Uninstall. Restart the computer, reconnect the camera and wait to install the drivers automatically. If there are any software associated with camera, you may have got a DVD/CD with it. Try to install it and check.
Windows 10 file explorer recognizes my Nikon D7000, shows the memory cards (2 cards) in the camera but will not show the. photo's on the cards. jpg photos. Show Hidden Files is checked. I also cannot copy and paste a photo or create a new folder onto the cards. Nikon's transfer program works fine see's and transfers the photos to the computer.
