From the POS check the network settings and compare them with the server - Right click on network neighborhood, properties. Right click local area connection, properties. Highlight "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" click properties. The default gateway and DNS server should be the same on the POS as the server.

2. US. So the problem I am having is With Aloha POS. 90% of the time orders are received on the correct printer. I.E. Burger, Specialty, or Seafood. However there are a few times that items have been sent to the wrong printer. I believe it is more common when there is another item ordered from another department.

During startup the time shown on the Windows taskbar is the correct time however, once Aloha Table Service (IBER.exe) starts, the time is shifted forward by one hour. The terminals are configured to obtain the correct time from alohaboh at startup. And yes, it is set to the correct time.
You need to look at a different POS. One that is natively suited for this task, or wait for Radiant to integrate this feature. I think there are POS systems that could handle this, but they are not suited for restaurants, more like retail. If I remember correctly, I have found e-commerce products that can (barely) handle a POS STYLE front end ...
