For September 2024, benchmark home prices fell on a monthly basis in all provinces except for Quebec, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland, which instead saw benchmark prices rise. British Columbia continues to command the highest benchmark home price at $961,300, with a modest annual decrease of 2.4%.
