    Hi everyone, I just somehow fixed this issue with Chrome. I went to settings --> clicked on the three dashes in the left hand, top corner --> clicked on "advanced" --> clicked "reset settings" --> clicked "restore settings to their original defaults" --> a little window popped up and I clicked "reset settings" again.
