I am trying to reinstall Microsoft Print to PDF - tried multiple things and now believe the core problem is that the Driver file - prnms009.inf - is missing from the driver registry, so all previous printer install attempts have failed. (not sure how it disappeared, but the problem followed a reinstall of a HP printer!).
