Just spent 30 minutes scouring the internet for this 'mythical' beast? Certain posts on MUD by folks claiming to have a socket set including the 'E9' and other posts suggesting alternate methods to remove nuts/studs...but not a single link or source given for the socket. Virtually all the...
Trying to remember why would you need an E9 for. I don't think I have an E9. Yeah there's no E9 in the conventional socket set AFAIK. If you are removing the oil pump cover you can use a 1/4" socket with PH3 philip head. Other than that I can't think of a reason why would you need an E9.

I purchased a 11pc external torx (E-x) set, hoping it would include a tight size adaptation, even if imperfect.) It has several gaps in the provided sizes, seeming to skip odd numbers in the higher range consistently, and, of course, it doesn't include E13, which apparently also does not exist for love or money , and is also the size I need.

I first loosen the 12 mm nuts and with the 1/4 drive with a 3 inch extension with the torx E7. I make it easier(to remove the upper intake manifold) on me by doing this. What is up with the EGR. Almost all the studs on the toyota engine can be removed with a internal Torx. call or e-mail me if you need help with something. later robbie
You can use a 9mm 6 point socket instead of a torx socket for the new studs. Just finished my axle service on Tuesday and had one stud break.. I took the opposite approach to the OP and took almost 3 weeks to get it done, a couple hours every other night or so. Gave me plenty of time to soak, clean and paint everything before putting it back ...
8. Remove the screws holding in the subwoofer enclosure using the 10mm socket 9. Rather than buy only a 35mm socket, I’m trying to see if it’s worth buying 4 or 5 piece set that includes a 29mm, 32mm, 35mm, 36mm…just don’t know if those fit the GX470. 03 GX470 , 4.56 gears, 8.2" rear diff, rear e-locker, OPOR sliders, 285/70 Nittos, 17x7.5 Foxtrots, TC UCAs, Bilstein 6112 w/700# HD coils, Icon 56550 rear shocks, Dob ...
1. Swap the CS130 pulley to a v-belt pulley. This is easy with an impact gun and 15/16 socket. 2. Use the CS130 with the stock 5 groove serpentine, and source the compatible crank and water pump pulleys. 3. The full serpentine route, with one 6 groove belt driving all. All pulleys and brackets are different than a Gen1 SBC.
