    I run a concession stand at our soccer field. We have a strong return crowd. Often, several children in the same family have games throughout the day so we see the same people all day long. And things get even better when kids have more than one game a day! It sometimes for 12+ hour Saturday's, but it is worth the effort.

We also use these for frozen Gatorade pops. Blue and red are the biggest sellers at $0.25 each and you get about 15 or 16 little cups out of one 20 Oz Gatorade. Paige Dodson.

    Replied by Chris on topic Re:Concession stand food ideas. Frito Pie is generally popular for us. Just Chili in a bag of fritos with cheese and sour cream. You can make a pot of chili for next to nothing... we often have that donated so our outcost is for the individual frito bags, spoons, sour cream and shredded cheese.

Our school changed to Fun Day and do activities like sack race, tug a war, parachute, balloon toss, kick ball, etc. Our PE teacher plans it all and the junior high students come over and helps out.
