Every scientist is an 'authority' for some people, and opposite opinions in papers or articles are very common. Nobody ACTUALLY tells a scientist he is wrong - even if there are measurements in a paper but the different conclusions hide the truth.
They are peppered with 'maybe', "perhaps", and other speculative opinions which often contradict other NASA articles. I dont want to get into specifics, but if you need to, then look up the various opinions on wind on Mars, dust devils, dust storms, erosion of rocks over millions of years, 5mm 'blueberries' being (not) blown about into piles ...
Your opinions about Aussie cities are very strong for a non Australian who don't know how they compare after a "quick research". We have Australian (American) family friends and so I've been to Australia before - mainly just Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast.
Looking for opinions. We live in FL and our heat pump is for AC, we very rarely use it for heat. We had a hard start put on our heat pump a several years ago by our AC company and my husband would be doing it this time. Would replacing the hard start with a soft start be worth it? Besides the cost, any other issues to be aware of?

I used the google and found no valid answers, only opinions: Above ground, semi inground, inground: those are all terms ive seen for pools. Why? Is one assessed and the others not? I can not find any code that clearly states what the Town Of Oyster does with pools and taxes. I am getting an 8 foot deep pool.
