Family, friends, and attorneys of incarcerated individuals may be approved to participate in two types of visitation: in-person or video. Rules for visits are the same and can be found below. All visits must be scheduled at least two days in advance.
For questions regarding the Inmate Visitation System, please contact the facility where your loved one is located. All in-person and video visits must be scheduled in advance. Visits must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance but cannot be scheduled beyond 60 days in advance.
Approved visitors can schedule in-person and video visits—as well as participate in video visits—with incarcerated individuals through our Inmate Visitation System (IVS). Visitation with incarcerated individuals is available at all DOC facilities.

Video Visits take place according to each facility's existing visitation schedule, which can be referenced by the DOC's website at www.cor.pa.gov – click on "For Family and Friends" and then "Visit Days/Times" to obtain specific state prison visiting days/times.
