Hello there, @user_4cc38d.Xfinity does not offer a senior citizen discount per se. However, we do offer our Internet Essentials Program for low-income household and other qualifications.
Unfortunately, we do not have a senior discount or discount for customer on social security. But, we do have an amazing program call "Affordable Connectivity Program". You may be eligible for up to $30/month towards your Internet and mobile services

Costs jumped from $30 to $50 for this service a few months ago, prompting me to look into my options. I've had to do this many, many times over my years with Comcast - back to the time of cable TV. As a senior citizen, the increase of $44.00 per month ( my new bill is now $122.05) just for my internet (I use a firestick for viewing programs) takes a large bite out of my SS income. We seniors received an increase but Xfinity has absorbed most of it. I can't afford Xfinity wifi and television so everything I do uses my wifi.

This is the best explanation that would solve my monthly customer service phone calls regarding my mother's Comcast account. She has been a faithful Comcast/Xfinity customer for over 40 years. Xfinity, you need to get working on this immediately.
